Fitout - updated version

My s.i.l. has come up with a new version of a plan for my bed. I really like this one as all storage is packed in under the bed and can't shift while travelling. Also can fit more in there as not having drawers they don't take up wasted space.
It has a lift up lid specially made for under a mattress with air vents and lift up (is it hydraulics, things to make it move slowly up and down)

He's starting on it tomorrow.

looks great HW, in regards to your cap, I think you should also get a coat for Punky with HW on the side, don't see why you should have all the fun.

is this the type of thing you were looking for?
these are just samples, you only need one for a cap. biggrin

try this one, do you know the name of the font you want?

you also really need a block type font to make it stand out, be aware that some fonts only come in capitals

Thanks wombat, I sent her a message on facebook and just got the same reply. Glad she's safe.

The top one you did in the last purple post you put up is exactly what I want. Mind you he has the machine and the caps so wil have to go with what ever his set up is, its a portable van that he travels around with by the look of it.

Why is this page stretched out so far when there is no large photos stretching it?

No won't be getting a coat for Punky, she wouldn't wear it in the heat anyway.
Trying to conserve money to pay for all the bits I need for the van or I won't be going away this winter with it all set up. Maybe half set up and the rest done in time for next year.

Don't worry Wombat, if she's anything like my two, she'll be under the covers with Marj when it's that cold.

They make great Hot Water Bottles.

Cheers,
Sheba.

Thought so Marj.

And I love the "Attitude".

if you use Punky as a hot water bottle as suggested by Sheba, where do you put the water in? biggrin

HW Those two pics look great, but I can't see the grey Nomad sticker, and you will have a lot of space under that bed, real good for the traveler.

Its still sitting in my handbag wombat, keep forgetting to put it on, will do that when it fines up. Heavy rain and thunderstorms here at the moment.

Aah!! Punky doesn't need hot water, she runs on hot blood.

Off-topic for the moment guys.

Hope you and every-one in Vic. are ok tonight Marj.  Just been seeing Melbourne flooding from the tail-end of Yasi.   We were very lucky where I am.

Cheers,
Sheba.

You are too clever for me wombat, that is very well donw.

Vic has been drowned overnight with heavy rains and thunderstorms Sheba.
They are now saying it is the remnant of cyclone Anthony, not Yasi. But I know it was rough. Heard on news all roads closed between Geelong and Melbourne. 84 people rescued already from flooded cars and houses.

Its quietened down to a steady rain now, not the torrential rain it was last night. and not supposed to clear till tomorrow. I won't be going out the door today.
I think Melbourne and Mildure were the worst hit.

The bed is now finished and in the van. Have all my bits bought so far stacked inside under the lid. Will get the mattress next payday. Have to get some rubber stoppers for the lid to rest on. No photos as pouring with rain all day.
Also have to get some plastic containers for packing food and essentials in ehich will go in there too.

I said to the kids (daughter and s.i.l) I could hire it out as a coffin hire the way it looks at the moment. They reckon just put a base in it and I have MY coffin.
