NZ Fuel costs

We are traveling around the south island of New Zealand & the fuel costs are Petrol &1.80 to $2.00 Desiel $ 1.25.so it pays to have a  desiel vehicle.

Yes tiger, petrol is a lot dearer over there than here. Both islands too.

But on top of those diesel prices u have to pay road tax, which is already included here in Oz.

you nead to add  ruc and reg to that. reg for a diesol is $500 plus . i run a nissan 8ton and it costs me .33cents per K
