I wonder if I'll get to this age...

well , I celebrated my dads 87th birthday, with my sister down today from sydney..
we got a nice chocolate spunge cake thing with heaps of cream!!! and a musical candle for him to blow out..
I wonder if I'll get to that age... the way i feel like latley i have my doubts,
I always said if I get to 40 , with all the health problems i've had I'll be happy...
now for the next ten years...
but my dad and I have plans now to go to Europe/Uk and Singapore for 2-3 months next year.. so I just hope it will be a good trip.. not flying quantas...

milo..

You'll make it Milo, even if it's to hang around long enough to p... people off.
Happy Birthday to your dad.
That trip sounds like a bewdy. Enjoy the planning, and enjoy the journey with your dad.

Don't worry Milo.  First of all I was sure I wouldn't make it to 21, then I absolutely knew I'd die before 52. Now, I don't plan to go 'till well over 100.

Congrats. on your Dads' 87th.

By the way, make sure you either take an empty suitcase, or buy one along the way. [ You can get them cheap overseas.]  You'll probably find that you need it, by the time you get back home.
The other alternative, is to mail things home along the way, so you don't have any extra luggage coming home.
A lot of people did that on the Cruise I was on a few years ago.

Cheers,
Sheba.
