What is this thing on the forum saying you have won a TV,some kind of scam

Every time I log in to the forum this thing pops up under the Grey Nomads Forum ,is itr some kind of scam that will cost me money every time I answer a Question.I have been caught in the past with similar on my mobile and every time  recieved my bill there was these charges of $6.60 each week ,and very hard to get out of it.I think the Forum should investigate this and explain more about it.

Ignore it, It's advertising they can't get rid of. There is another couple of threads on here about it. One of which I started.

I dont have it because I use mozilla firefox as a search engine instead of internet explorer and I turn on adblock which they offer for free

The advertising you see at the top is what pays to keep this forum on the air. The providers provide the service free to the webmaster. Without it we would not have this forum.
