Vast satellite service


Has anyone had a look at this system, for us traverling lot...?

Well it looks like it will be a better system than what is available now vir the optus card, and the 55 dollars imparja want each 6 months to switch you back on..

Let us know if you find out anything that makes it portable ???

 ps.Can buy the set top box here for $269 no dish or LNB

Yes, looked at this but requires registration of Smartcard outside TV1 viewing area after 3mths use. The only way is to register the card in a remote area (Black Spot) registration.
More of the same nonsense as the Aurora card I'm afraid but is supposed to be replacing the Aurora transmission.

If you want it as a traveller then hang off for a bit. There is something being developed for us travellers but it will not be out till nearer Christmas. Those with fixed addresses are only be able to receive their local programmes (available now) but travellers will be able to receive the lot, but only after negotiations with the networks has been sorted.

Now that sound like a goér im fed up with all of the shinnanigans from impaja and other services ...anyone would thing we were trying to steal something from them or that it costs them money to give us travelers a service, that is already being provided free of charge to perminant resident......

We need" TRAVEL SAT"  LOL any channel any where anytime   LOL

I'll admit to being a TV-holic. Well, it talks to me all day, but I can't say I sit glued to it at all times.
Do we have to have more TV on our travels than on free TV? I like to watch the news, and my fave programs, but I won't die if I don't have TV.
When I'm out of range of any telly it's a good thing.
To be fair, can someone please explain to me why they have to pay for satellite TV, particularly when they're travelling?
