foxtel help


Hi all having problems with fox have a multi room box with card from my mothers the card works with the strong box but when i switch to the fox box i get no signal if i use the fox box at hers i get signal i did use my strong but after 2 months fox send out a signal and if your not using there box you dont recieve it and your card stops working i tried to change the lnb setting using the 0611 code but does not work any thoughts much appreciated ta

I work for the other mob, if its the same the card will be married to the box and once a refresh is sent to the card and things dont match up, well you know what happens. It will need to be fitted back in the fox box and a refresh sent to the box. If its a sat box they have no idea on the box location.

hi blaze its an optus card and they use fox box its sat not cable but in settings it wont let me change the lnb and when we are away i dont want to send the card back every month to get reset cheers for your input

You should be able to put manual settings into the lnb field, what about making the 2 lnb's the same if thats the problem
