Not a freebie but good value.... The Inverell Caravan Park located on Glen Innes Road near the Tingha Rd Bridge is a small, very well maintained park. Grassy sites with full size slabs (van and anexe) are available as are sites for big rigs or those wishing to remain hitched up.  The ammenities are kept spotlessly clean.  The park is within walking distance of the downtown and clubs. They do a one person rate for solo travellers at $20 (powered).
