If it's not Toyota, take the Patrol.

Dont listen to them........the Pajero (I have a 2005 NP) has a bigger engine....doesnt matter what you get....check to see if the tug can legally tow the caravan....most can only towe.2,500kg..ask Gary & kerry what trouble he had.....

This may not answer your question, but it may raise a laugh:

A man applying for a job at a Mildura lemon grove seemed to be far too
qualified for the job.

The foreman frowned and said, "I have to ask you this; have you had any
actual experience in picking lemons?"

He replied: "I've been divorced three times,
Bought a Pajero and I voted for Kevin Rudd."

thanks nomads i have done some research and found that i need a patrol as i will be towing around 2.6 tonne and that is just a little to heavy with no margin for error

nothing beats good old fashioned research! dont buy anything or listen to anyone until you have the knowledge to understand what it is you are being told!
