FREE PADDOCK CAMPSITE IN SORELL

Hi everyone, I'm a new member - will be going to the rally at Carrick - hopefully the Solos meeting at George Town too - hope to meet lots of new people and learn all about this wonderful (so everyone tells me!!!) lifestyle I'm embarking on.
I am issuing an invitation to anyone who would like to stay a few days at my property at Midway Point (near the Hobart airport & Sorell), whilst travelling around Tassie.  I have 30 acres - so if you are happy to camp in the paddock - you are most welcome.   cheers Rainey   biggrin

A very kind and generous offer Rainey, just a thought, that you also post this in the section "Free/Budget Campsites Suggested by our Contributors" on this forum. It won't get "buried" under newer topics there as quickly as it will here. a suggestion only.

Hi Rainey

As a fellow Taswegian ( I don't like the tag either but I chose to live there rather than being born there) I appreciate the offer for fellow travellers. We have been on the road for almost 10 months now and as we have to buy another immobile home when we get back in October '10 we decided we would spend the settlement period seeing the parts of our own State that we have not seen before. An offer such as yours would be well appreciated if still available then.

Cheers

Lynds

Hi Lynds - no problem - just let me know closer to the time - I may not be there, as I'll be on the road!!!!  but my daughter is housesitting for me and she is quite happy for people to stay a while - it is just paddock accommodation - nothing flash.  Cheers Rainey
