We leave in 3 weeks and i can hardly believe how much I am looking forward to cooking for the 2 of us again. I guess over the years, I have fallen into cooking relatively quick and easy but high carb meals for the kids. They are now 19 and 21 and independant (thank the lord).
We will be watching our waistlines and I have renewed enthusism to discover cooking in a Turbo oven (getting one before we go), Camp Oven, Jaffle iron, George Forman grill, mesh toaster and marshmellow fork ( a couple won't be bad!) and the new van has a microwave (I only seems to heat things or thaw in that at home)
I'll be checking out the cooking section for all your good ideas.
Just realised after reading this, we have lots of cooking appliances, perhaps that explains the ever expanding waistlines!
