Home brew kit is not on the list...I just buy my beer, not enough space in my little rig with all my other stuff. The 2 burner stove is a legacy from my previous rig, a tent trailer with nothing built in. The Shuttle Chef doubles up as a billy/large saucepan. The turbo is the only oven other than the microwave. Don't have solar, gennny or wind genny (I'd need a bloody pantechnicon if I did!)....didn't mention laptop or LCD TV/DVD have those too. Also didn't mention the Bushman fridge and dual battery system in the tug, also a legacy from my pre-caravan days.

A man has to have his toys!

Hi Caron this wet weather has just reminded me that I take old thin absorbent towels ....more rather than less ,they are so handy and dry much more quickly .

Also in wet weather you can use a dry one and not a half damp thing smelling of "apricots".

Sometimes i use an old cotton sarong...it dries even more quickly , I have several of them too...great for coverups at mozzie time, a shawl when its cooler and a quick dash to the loo in the night.  Also take some rubber thongs...obvious but maybe overlooked . Have fun, Denise.

have decided to keep it simple and buy nothing else until we absolutely need it.
we have a gas stove, gas cooking, battery and gas lightling, a solar shower.......
what more can we need except the great out doors
we used to go camping and didnt need inverters, generator, solar power or deep cell batteries so we will give it another go in the comfort of our van

Less to bugger up too.... KISS
