4 mars bars 50 ml. milk (full cream) 4 tablespoons good cocoa 3 egg whites Chocolate shavings to decorate (I used a flake)
METHOD
Roughly chop mars bars and put into saucepan (preferably heavy base) with the milk and cocoa and heat over a very low heat and stir until the mars bars have melted, then whisk until smooth.
Whisk egg whites in a seperate bowl until they peak, using a metal spoon, fold a quarter of the egg whites into the mixture to lighten it, then fold in the remainder
Turn the mixture out into six small cups, glasses, ramekins etc. and chill in the fridge for at least two hours
Serve topped with the shaved chocolate or crumbled flake.
