This fella went to a plastic surgeon because he was told he could graft on a new appendage and as the one he was born with was very small, to say the least and he thought the doctor could help him.

The Surgeon examined him and said yes I can help, Iv'e got a few in the coldroom you can pick from and we can do it right now if you like.

So he brought a couple out of the fridge and showed him and he said "is there anything bigger"

So he showed him a couple more and said "Bigger"

So the Surgeon brought this HUGE thing out it was about 18 inches long and hadn't been snipped.

Thats it said the man it's exactly what I want.
