Don't worry Ibbo. I've quite often repeated to friends something I've heard on the ABC News in the morning, only to have a relevant part of the Item change 3 or 4 times, by the 7pm Newscast. Makes one feel a real fool.
whether you or I get a name a bit mixed up it's unimportant in the overall scheme of things.....when the news media do (which quite often) it is important as it can sometimes lead to undue concern.
How true.To be honest when I read Dalby I thought that it may have been a little settlement that was about to cop the brunt of the cyclone.never dawned on me that they stuffed up.Alls well that ends well.Cheers.Ibbo.Oh by the way my initial info came from amate of mine in the Raaf at williamtown,he did not mention Derby only the WA coast.
