Crock pot


yesterday morning i put the crock pot on - chuck steak  some season all & bit of water when it was falling to bits i added some bbq sauce & gravy . i just can't live without my crock pot biggrin the hole meal was home grown inc the spuds , choko , zukini & meat wink

I agree Jode, I often chuck whatever I have laying around in the thing and just go to bed by next morning everything is cooked and ready for that nights meal

we dont have a vege garden anymore, between the drought and all the hungry animal and bird mouths we dont get to pick much

maybe in our next house, we are thinking of upgrading to a larger home but smaller yard

yep my mum used to call it "mulligan stew" or "catchit" which I misunderstood to mean "cats hit" and refused to eat it
