Three ingredients only. A packet (or tub) of Philadelphia cream cheese (or you can use the Philadelphia light cream cheese if you want to), one small jar of gherkin relish (or if you prefer, use corn relish) and one 425g can of tuna in water or brine (not oil). Mix the three incredients together to a smooth texture and there you have it. We often break vita-weet biscuits into three parts and use them to dip. It's all good stuff. Put the dip you don't use back into the fridge for tomorrow night. I have been known to freeze half the mix and use it at a later time.
