Sometimes takes a while if Cindy is away.  She is the only one that can do anything for you I'm afraid so you will just have to "hang in there".

As Ma says Cindy is the only one who can help you with the stickers and if she is away travelling it could take a little while before she catches up with all her mail and responds to it.
