Techies' Corner

Wrong place to ask, but you will have to disconnect one, the one on the van most likely.

Hi all. We splashed out (for us) and bought a 2020 Jayco Journey, very pleased........ except...... It appears the 12v battery has no Sola connection. The Anderson plug is wired only to the Fridge. Anyway..... What is the minimum I need (finances get thin) to hook up a plug to the single AGM 100 ah. Plug. 6mm + Cable. Regulator. We wont be doing multiple batteries and inverters. Honda gen will suffice if A/C required. We will go to lithium eventually, so it should be compatible too. Cheers, thanks. DR.

Hi all. My new 2020 Jayco has a 100ah AGM.battery but the Anderson from the car is only wired directly to the Fridge. What do I need to fit a second external plug for Solar panels and or Generator. 6mm+ Lead. Plug. Fuse. Regulator ?? We will eventually go Lithium but not multiple with inverter. Chers all. DR.

Ian, you may wish to put your questions in the Techies Corner - Solar section; The people best able to answer your questions may not look here.
