Well Basil this is our FIRST van.  Our first trip around Australia was in a Mazda 808, no van just threw a cupla clothes and bit of food and off we went, but that was 35 years ago,  ahh to be young and free!  I notice Gin Palace is your 6th van and I have no doubt we will travel in this van and find things we could do with or without but for our first van we are pretty pleased with it, maybe as the years roll by we will add and delete until we get the perfect van - just like you havesmile

As the years roll by your tastes change, as do your love of space, but got to say it, it looks a doozee from the pics congratulations

Yes I know what you mean re the years rolling by and your tastes changing, needing more space ha! when I look back to our first trip, we slept in the car! even now we have updated to a Nissal Patrol I would NOT travel this wonderful country again sleeping in the car!!

We are planning to leave early April, by then the chooks will have found new homes, the cows went last week, the geese, hmm, might leave them here, the dog and cats will be at daughters,  apples picked, veggie garden finished its summer crop, .........wasn't this hard the first time we did this trip!!
