Hi All, Can anyone please tell me were I can find out about Free Camping.We want to go south but would rather free camp than go into van parks.We have a pop up camper van.Any help please. David

You might also consider the national parks and state forests. I'm not sure which way you are headed, but some national parks in NSW are free to camp in and if you go a long way south, Tasmania has got some excellent free camping in some of its national parks. You can get national parks brochures from some tourist information centres or from the National Parks offices themselves.
Camps 7 is the latest I believe released in Feb this year. Camps 8 is due out in early 2015 I think.
There is an apple camps 7 app, and I thought I read that android app is on the way. There is also Wikicamps app at $2.99 which is also good in both apple and android.
