As I was lying in bed pondering the problems of the world, I rapidly realized that I don't really give a rat's ass. 1. If walking/cycling is good for your health, the postman would be immortal. 2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water, and is fat. 3. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 year...

In the last few days I have done a 'stocktake' of what I have in the caravan cupboards. Like most others, I leave the basics in the van from trip to trip but decided it was time to check the labels, the back corners etc. I renewed the spices, tossed out the old ones, changed some plates, cleaned out the cutle...

We attended the Anzac day service at Maryborough, Qld. It was a wonderful service and what was a real plus was to see so many young people involved or supporting. I think the comments floating around about Anzac day generally have been given a resounding thumbs up. Lest we Forget.

I am delighted to be able to report that I arrived home safely at 9:20 this evening, along with my ute and new slide on camper. I reckon it has grown since I previously looked at it! And I backed the ute up under the camper myself (but with the vendor and his son guiding me of course). I will post photo/s tomor...
