I am sitting here by the waters edge enjoying watching the ski boats and a sailing boat out on the water and the kids playing in the water. Life doesn't get much better than this. It was great to catch up with everyone at Glenelg's happy hour yesterday. Cheers Colleen

From what I have read it appears that The Green received a lot of strong winds. What would be the best time of the year to visit to avoid the windy conditions? And what would be the reason for the closure of the lake camping area at the end of December? Certainly have the Lake on our bucket list. jay&Dee...

Now all here at Greens know Glenelg, Dave but he has changed his name. He is now known as "Animal". He used some horse liniment on his crook ankle. The bottle said "Animal use only" It worked within minutes.

Please don't take this question the wrong way. but how long will Greens Lake remain a free camp when so many people use it to their advantage and stay for extended periods? Also with so many free camping it's costing the water authority? to keep it clean and tidy ( toilets, mowing garbage removal ) not to...
