This is really a tip from Kaid. Visited her yesterday, and she showed me some Large Micro-fibre Towels. Camping stores stock them, [I googled some last night.] and although not real cheap, they are very light-weight, and don't take up much space. I'm going to get a couple just for the Van tomorrow...

Black Lines

To keep black lines off your RV where water runs from your roof onto the sides. Get a length of awning beading and thread it into the awning track. This 4cm beading over hangs the sidewall and deflects water and dirt from the roof away from the sidewalls.

Cheap Firelighters.

To get a camp fire going quickly I use cotton wool balls with vaseline. Just rub petrolium jelly into cotton wool balls. Put them into a zip bag or storage container for future use. Really gets the fire started.

Non-slip the Step.
