One person's rubbish is another person's treasure
(Preview)
While at Greens Lake this year a few GNs were noticed retrieving "rubbish" from the garbage bin. Last year KA retrieved a table, two brooms and a broom handle from the skip at Greens. I was wondering what things others have retrieved from rubbish dumps, skips etc.

Cootes off the road

Gee, those who slagged off the ABC and supported the cowboys at Cootes a couple of weeks ago have been strangely silent now that the Cootes trucks have been pulled off the road for exactly the sort of maintenance problems detailed in the Four Corners report. I guess it's hard to post on here when you spe...

In light of Ken being banned from his local Coles supermarket, a friend sent me this, and I thought you might like to know how to really 'get things going'! 1. At lunch time, sit in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down. 2. On all your cheque stu...
