No manual gearbox auto only. No single oe extra cab option only dual cab. But you do have have an option of short or long tub. Looks like...

Dairy Farmers pure cream was typically $5.10 for 600ml in cardboard container, convenient & easy to pour. Packaging was design genius. Now $5.50 for 500ml in a plastic container which is miserable to pour. Hung, drawn & quartered comes to mind!
