Road from Nowra to Jindabyne via Nerriga

Hi folks, Just wondering if someone can advise road conditions between Nowra to Nerriga, Cooma and Jindabyne. Are roads sealed all the way? Have spoken to a few with differing answers. We wont have the van with us on this trip in December. cheers Terry
