Spent the day today in a tinny doing the rounds of 20 yabby nets. We bagged our 150 each and threw back at least that number again. They are cooked cleaned and ready for the table. Now where is that bottle of thousand island dressing. Any favourite recipes. keep it simple Phil

Something new to try, and sooo easy. Quiche mix, tuna mounay, left over chicken n spaghetti, shepherds pie, the list goes on. Depending on the filling, 15 to 25 mins on medium heat.

1 kg mixed dried fruit 2 cups black coffee or fruit juice of your choice (e.g. apple) 2 cups Self Raising flour. Soak fruit in coffee OR juice overnight. Mix in flour Bake at 180c for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Enjoy
