Went to Bicheno today, just lovely people there. Got a Scallop Pie for $5, loved it so much I brought and ate another one, miss piggy me.Heading back inland tomorrow, has cooled off here. Patty.

Just wondering if anyone knows of quiet camps round Iluka region ? A few I looked at seem to be party grounds for local youth. No complaint against the kids, just looking for somewhere away from the doof-doof. Any ideas ? Happy to go to hinterland as well. Thanks all.

fatdog at 17 was not well....but today whilst we were camped at Reeves Beach he decided to walk into the surf. I can say this was an intentional act as he has always avoided water. A good and loyal mate......will be missed....but will continue the journey. George
