Lost water supply

We have on several occasions experienced total loss of water supply to our van and on checking the connection to the tap is fine and tap turned on but no water in the van or at tap on draw bar. Having turned main supply tap off and disconnected hose from the van also getting wet from pressure in the hose....

I have attached the photo as promised, mow hen I look at it it looks olthan n it is, we use it often and it works great, we get about 40 continuos hours out of a 4kg bottle. A couple of hours at a time it seems to last forever. The new units look a lot prettier but do the same job. Good luck
