we wanted to cook a chicken in a cobb; we used 9 briquettes (easy lit ones). we followed the instructions and after nearly 2 hours it was not cooked. Why??? so desappointing. what did we do wrong? help please regards GG we are on diet now!!!

Tried out the hot water system on gas - couldn't get it to work - works on power. Little gas stove works. Would anyone have an idea why it won't work. Thanks in advance.
