Saw similar in a pub beer garden in NT - They had a Dolphin Disco - strapped Eveready Dolphin torches to blades of Fan, quite effective. Cover with blue cellophane for Blue Light Disco.

I told my grandson that the tyres needed pumping up on his skateboard,took him some time to realise that I was tricking him.
