Hi folks i have a Nissan Civilian 1986 and i need to have it down graded so i can drive on a car licence ,Nissan Australia do not have the specs to enable me to do this via an engineer,i have both the empty and full weights of the vehicle can some body please help ,thank you

Maybe you could check with the Road/Traffic Authority in the state the Nissan is registered, I'm sure thay can help.
