We have one directly over the bed, it would be better if it had a slower speed as well.

I have had ceiling fans at base camp for years and miss them now my base camp is my mobile camp (van). Love the idea for a van but reckon they would do my Braves out of work.

We have one of these and it is installed above the bed. Great little fan and great bangs for the buck.
Thinking of another to go over the dinette. We are not 190 plus tall, so ok for us. But yes!!! only one speed.
Ease as ... to fit.

Great idea ,haven't seen one yet but I would imagine they would get rather a swing going when the van was under tow and that would certainly load up the roof mounting point or is there a way od securing the unit while travelling.

We would like some feed back re this  new fan we are thinking of buying.

It is called Fantastic Fan. 

Now from what I gather, one can replace the 4 season hatch and fit the fan. However our roof hatch is a lot bigger.

Now when bush camping the wife with her health issues will spend a fair amount of time on the bed.

So where should we install the fan? And how does the air circulate?

Anyone with one of these  fans can give me a PM and I will give you a call.
