The download frequency was changed last year to 12567MHz.
The sat you look for is optus C1
you only need 22KHz on if you are using a "universal" LNB if your LNB is a normal 10700 you don't need the 22 KHz on
DiSEq should be OFF unless you have an auto seek dish.

Ket,I had it on that c1 ku and had no luck on that, the infoi have put upis correct as it only toolme maybe 1 minute to find the sat.
The info I have put up wahat I was told by Itech in Wa, and I cant dispute what he told me as it worked, maybe your thinking in Optus c1 ku as on analog?
But if anyone has the Itech d3 this is the correct setting I put above.
Or if you think I am wrong ring Itech in Wa 08 9472 720
att pic is my settings, and yes the buzzer does work.

Chickenman settings are correct for your sat finder d3 i hv same ...if I was wiser in hindsight would never have dealt with itech.more than likely opted for Queensland company who I know from others have received better customer service.good luck with yours great to have one.roy
No worries graham, you are searching for D3 not C1 then the frequency is most likely correct. I search for C1 and have no problems finding and locking on it.
you still do not need 22KHz on though-read my explanation and see if it applies to your LNB
same for DiSEq if you do not have a auto dish.

Optus C1 and D3 are co located (together) so its immaterial what you call it, its the transponder frequency that matters eg. 12567mz and polarity and simbol rate.
Itech could call it the Mickey Mouse sat, doesn't matter its just a name.
Looks like they have had a run of the popular SF500 meter done with their logo and called the sat by their name for a bit of free advertising (they probably need it) !
Same meter as Satplus and Access antennas, over a $100, straight from China $35 delivered.
Brian, my was set to Optus c1 on my finder, when it found the satellite it show quality then ready to tighten up the dish it just go away and hard to find it again.
I have had sat tv since 2007 with the strong decoder, I don't call myself a expert but can set up on sat tv in like 5 mins as I used to take the decoder and a sm tv on a chair beside the dish till I found the green signal strength.?(On the strong it was app 94% but on dig tv on Vast it is mostly app 74%)
Upon that by ringing that guy yesterday he gave me the right settings and it took me about 2 mins to find the satellite.
He also mentioned that if the model number is d3 use the d3 settings like I have put up on top of this forum, but also said if its a 3d use the 3 d setting.
Also my lmb on my dish is app at 7 o'clock, but varies upon which area you are in Aussie.
Also if you have a Pendopad tablet the power supply will fit into the satellite finder as it is 13.8 volts and all you need to do is to connect the finder into the lmb and plug in the power supply without connecting to the decoder.
