hello all, considering buying a mazda 4600 motorhome and have a couple of questions of people who had had one, cant ask prevoius owner as he is no longer with us.
can you comfortly drive at highway speeds of does fuel economy take a dive ? would you recommend them or look for a more modern outfit, this one has 14600 which i beleive is genuine.
Many of these vehicles have GVMs reduced to 4495kg meaning that they are drivable with a car license.
They then struggle to carry sufficient weight for comfortable living.
Increasing the GVM back to original ex factory (which can vary) should be possible but you should check this if it was reduced. You would also need to check the tyre placard and be sure that it is fitted with tyres for the increased GVM.
