Telstra's reduced coverage

Just returned home from four months in the "bush" and I think it pertinent to comment

on the seemingly reduced fringe coverage in country areas.

I presume this is as a result of the cessation of G3 but do not know if this is so.

I have a CelFi amplifier and have made comment elsewhere that we were previously

capable of receiving a usable signal even to the point that facetime was quite a

usual capability, but now have noticeable reduction of capability.

I have good reasons to need occasional streaming but it is not the piece of cake

that it has mostly been in previous years.

Are others finding the same?

Cheers,

Peter

Seems my reply to this bit of aggression wasn't clicked save -

So here's a brief repeat -

Never claimed creation

Never claimed copyright - since you are expert you should know that works in the

public domain are free to use

I have owned or been major shareholder in three adv. agencies over the years.

There's not much you can purport to know on this subject that I am not well versed.

Remember Louis the Fly and Grim reaper? Was substantially involved in both.

So rest easy.

Louie the Fly was his name, just how substantially were you involved? Not very?

In the early 60's McCann (son) came to Sydney as part of an expansion project

and came to our agency amongst others in which I held a substantial interest and we spent

time together - much discussion and laughs surrounded the concept

of Louie but the style and trend certainly developed from those discussions.

I had never heard of the agency till then - it being a US entity - too big for us

and would wipe us out.

At the time I was setting up an exclusive Northern NSW distribution for Kodak, Ferrania,

Fuji and Toyo graphic products and services so was not really interested in

losing the agency business because that part of things dovetailed with the supply.

I'm happy to remember that quite a lot of the concept and style of Lois came out of

our weekend including parts of the jingle.

What else would you like to know?

See you have pirated my proud avatar.

Not welcome!!!

Can't you find something original? that flag has been my mark for many years.

Just so cheap to use somebody elses signature avatar.

The Australian Copyright Council is a good place to start to have a better choice terminology. I did a course with them, it was interesting.
