Replacing Car stereo with this

Picture 2 of 17

Big advantage I can set it up in split screen mode, you could choose to have a third on GPS, another on rearview camera and Android Auto or any combination of ardroid apps like torque connectd to the OBDII port and maybe you could connect a TPM to declutter crop hanging off the windsreen/ dash.

I might be a piece of crap but it was under $200, I could easily convert it to a infotainment unit to replace the crappy one in the Van.

The display always looks great in the ads, but reality is sometimes quite different. I bought replacement reversing camera/monitor recently and although it's a known brand (Mongoose) the camera shows a very narrow view and the display is extremely poor quality.

That sounds like a rear vision camera as opposed to a reversing camera. I find rear vision cameras much more useful than reversing cameras.I have both ... 120 degrees and 45 degrees viewing angkes resoectively. Each is pretty useless at doing the other's job.

Can't help with the display quality.
