3 way fridge will not run on gas or 240 what could be the problem Dometic RM2455 about 12 years old, all panel lights work and show its operational but not cooling.. Thanks

Is there heat coming out of fridge exhaust? Was unit running on all three modes when last used? When did problem occur? has van been in storage?
