Rocker Arm wear with Tandem Rocker type suspension

I have a Jayco Sterling 23 foot tandem van. Noticed a couple of wear spots on the top of the Rocker Arms where the spring has rubbed as per attached photos. The wear spots are on both sides of the van and they are on the rear side of the rocker arms. Has anyone come across this problem and what the cause might be. My first thought was overloading? Any comments appreciated.20230722_131820.jpg20230722_134827.jpg

Welcome to the Forum.
Overloading would be my first thought as well - weak spring leaf, perhaps - seek assistance from a specialist such as Pedders.

I would replace the rocker arm, to me the Brass bushes are worn ( ditto the greaseable centre bolt). At the same time replace the Nylon/Neoprene? bushes/bolts at the the end of the springs/shackles. Read somewhere that the bushes should be changed every 20,000km and the rocker arm ? but to me also depends on the road/surface travelled.

There is a Youtube vid of a Jayco Rocker arm change over.
