Hi gang, wondering if you can help find best waterproof tape seal to put over where silicon keeps cracking. Kind regards Rustydog

I've used Eternabond tape quite successfully.

Have had some on the roof of the canopy on our vehicle covering holes from previous owner (Telstra) & along a seam. Has been on there for over 8 years now & still doing the job. It has seen the harsh hot climate of the top end for a number of years & never needed any attention.

Peter, The best way to permanently seal caravan shell joins is with Butyl Tape. (always).

Yep Eternabond for me, butyl tape will/can dry out even when used as it was intended (sealing glass in Aluminium windows).

A picture of the problem area or a better description may make it easier to give the answer you are looking for....
