ECOPOT breakfast

It was nice waking up to perfectly cooked porridge in the Ecopot new to me but I'm sure some of you have good and bad stories!

If any of you are still using one could you share a few recipes tips and hints please.

Today I'm trying a boiled fruit cake it's the only treat we allow ourselves loves now we've given up on the doughnuts, biscuits, pastries etc.

Christine, Download and print Womens Weekly recipes. www.womensweeklyfood.com.au/one-pot-meals-31807

Also download and print Big 4 Cookbooks www.big4.com.au/recipe-book - I never leave home without mine.

I have a "Dreampot" which was purchased on a whim - normally leave it at home because we get sick of "wet Meals" like stews and casseroles - additionally in the van, we don't have a cupboard large enough to pack it away.

I have a "Shuttle Chef" and used it when I did my Tassie trip.  I made this and it was yummy.  It made heaps, I froze some and was eating it all through the trip.  I've got way more recipes than I have ability to eat the results.

The Singapore thermos site, also Hong Kong site have recipes.  The thermal cookers are popular in Asia.

I want to do a corned beef.  Good for tea, and then for sandwiches.
