Bread

Making bread, from scratch, in the Coleman oven - yum!

Out in the bush and have run out of bread and don't wish to go into town until Friday which is about when one of my gas bottles will need replacement so home made bread it is.

Are you actually making "Bread" with yeast, etc? Or do you cheat like me and make a damper loaf?

Yep we've been baking our own loaves made from scratch out in the bush for the past 20 years.
Love our Coleman Oven, they've been around since the 70's. We do pizzas, full roasts & casseroles as well.
We sometimes carry Laucke ready made bread mixes these days, they save a bit of work.
