VW Crafter Window issue


Does anyone have theses windows?

This one does not shut properly bottom right any ideas please

I would have a body builder / panel beater to have a look at that.

It may have been damaged at one time although hard to tell from the one picture.

Most of that style of window has frame and window moulded to suit/fit together.

The problem is most likely caused by something lifting window up on bottom track, check that track is straight and not warped, or window has something protruding underneath.

Sorry, but I can't see anything wrong with the window, only that the sliding door is open a bit.

Have you tried a VW Dealer? Maybe another pic a bit closer to the window please Maids.

will send a pic later. we are in the middle of getting sola on.
On another note would not go back to the dealer. they had our van 6 weeks and would not fix a leaking fuel hose instead wanted to fit a new tank

Is the black button just below window a "Push-in" lock? If so, that may be cause of window lift. Side widow whilst holding finger on "Pin" to determine if it touches when sliding window closed.

 Wow we never saw that and have no idea what it is.

The van is being fitted with Sola and not here ATM but will certainly check that out

 it is the door lock not window lock
