Dometic fridge not working on 240volt.

Fridge stopped working on 240v. OK on gas so I suspect a fuse issue. Just watched a video on YouTube- " The Dometic Fridge has a Reset Button: who knew?" Thermal fuse and reset button hidden away in the guts of the access cabinet. Raining atm so will investigate tomorrow. Has anyone out there found/used the reset?

No, but check the 240v lead is still plugged into the power point.

Our fridge stopped working on 240v last year and this was the problem.

Hope that you can fix it yourself.
We regard the Dometic 3 way fridge in our caravan as the "weakest link".
It's sh*t itself twice on gas & twice on 240v, each time requiring someone else to fix it.

With our Dometic 3 way we discovered was that when it ran out of gas the fault light triangle come on.

Well my trick to resetting was turn the refrigerator off, then totally disconnect and rehook it back up again the 12 volt battery supply and bingo it would work fine, this cleared the fault message.

Now the other day when it ran out of gas, my lady said "turn it off at the refrigerator and wait 10 minutes and it will right itself" and it did, the fault light went out and was easily resarted on gas.

So just maybe turn the refrigerator off for 10 minutes to realign the stars.

If I remember rightly, if you press and hold down that triangle light, it will reset the fridge after a gas problem.
