Unfortunately, the link does not show the Prius actually towing the flat bed trailer. Some more Googling/surfing might provide more details.

This should give the weights versus tugs people something to ponder about.

However, just think of the cost savings - a Prius against a Land Cruiser!

For those who care, the Prius has a maximum tow capacity of 725kg, I believe. Trailer looks a tad heavier than that. Cheers

Rod suggests that the gooseneck comes through roof, but these photos suggest that perhaps the roof has been strengthened, maybe with solid roof pillars, although the roof itself does appear to be "dented". Cheers

I was wrong, it does appear to sit on a plate on the roof. I only had the one photo and didnt bother to zoom in or look for other photos. :)

If you look even closer you'll see that the gooseneck is actually connected to the drivers baseball cap. nerd.gif
