Forwardd Fold Camper for sale

This camper was purchased new from Balance Trailers in March 2017 and is now for sale.

$13,000 negotiable.

It's a standard forward fold camper and is very well built.

The rear section is a club lounge that can easily be converted to a double bed increasing the sleeping capacity to four.

The camper has new wheel bearings and only has very few battle scars. It has been garaged while its not out and about. The canvas is in perfect condition apart from a single 3mm hole where some enterprising bug ate through it.

It has never been stored with wet canvass and after each trip has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out and dried. As with any caravan or camper that's been in the outback it shows evidence of being exposed to red dirt although the lockers and interior are very dust proof.

The camper is fully fit and ready to hit the great outdoors. It has :-
  • 120 litre water tank
  • 2 x 100 Ah batteries
  • DCDC charger
  • 240V 7A battery charger
  • Queen sized inner spring mattress
  • Four burner gas stove
  • Kitchen sink connected to the water pump
  • LED lighting inside
  • USB charging ports inside
  • Four cig lighter sockets outside and one inside
  • Engel plug in the fridge slide which is more than big enough for a 40 Litre Engel.
  • 240V inlet with RLV
  • 240V outlet at the fuse box
  • 240V outlet near the stove and you can run the stove igniter from there
  • 1200W inverter which can be plugged into the 240V inlet due to having a RLV
  • Holders for two 20 litre fuel cans
  • Holders for two 4Kg gas bottles one gas bottle included.
  • Fully plumbed gas. Note there is no gas certificate because I can't find it anywhere.
  • Twin shock absorber trailing link independent coil spring suspension
  • 12 inch electric brakes.
  • Very heavy duty chassis, it's 50mm x 150mm RHS with 4mm wall thickness
  • Weighs approx. 1.4 tonne unladen with an ATM of 2,000Kg.
  • Full heavy duty canvas annex. Walls and floor never used. We've only used the roof part. All of the canvas is 14 Ounce Bradmill Kordux and the camper is very waterproof. The zips all run freely.
  • Full set of pegs, guy ropes, poles and spreaders. I'll even throw in a hammer for the pegs.
  • Easy to set up. Without the annex it takes about 10 minutes from the time we pull up to the time the kettle is on. Of course, putting the annex up takes a bit longer.
To replace the camper like for like would cost well over $20,000. Our asking price is $13,000 negotiable and it is located in Moe, Victoria.
