Recipe stolen from the Mathoura Bowling Club dining room.
Cook normal crumbed chicken or veal portion as usual.
While its cooking also cook bacon sliced up into smaller strips.
Squirt HP brown sauce or BBQ sauce over the top of the cooked crumbed meat & spread evenly.
Place crispy bacon on top then cover with mozzarella cheese & place under the grill until melted.
For a slightly tastier version add some parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella before grilling.
Cook chips, open a bottle of red & enjoy.
Nature, the cathedral of awe.
Sounds good 86.Have you tried the Beerenburg BBQ sauce. It has a great taste in my opinion.

Anything made by Beerenburg tastes great. We've tried them all, jams, pickles, chutneys & relishes.
