Grey Nomads Wanted to Live Rent Free on Beautiful and Remote Australian Farm
A nice couple is searching for grey nomads to stay rent free until May 2022 on a remote Australian farm about equidistant between Canberra, Bega, the snowfields, and the Victorian border. Only the wife resides on the property, and she is looking for someone to keep her company.
About the Farm
The farm is a working sheep and cattle property that's 2,700 acres large and sits at an elevation of 1,100 meters. The area is a very beautiful and open grazing country and woodland. The weather is beautiful and moderate in summer, unlike the rest of Australia's high temperatures at this time. The farm has 70 dams and creeks with lots of nooks filled with wildlife. Farm animals include Horses, working dogs, sheep, and cattle. There is a large woolshed for shearing the sheep.
Ideal Persons
The couple's ideal candidates are married couples with a farming or skilled trades background. The couple could stay in their mobile home, but they are also welcome to use the cabin on the property which includes a kitchen and wet-room. Guests are welcome to do work on the property, but it is not required. The ideal couple would be able to provide some company to the wife by chatting and eating together from time to time.
