Since sometime on the 12th November 2021 till this morning 19th November 2021 at 7am EST we have not been able to enjoy our daily dose of Greynomad's Forum.
My morning routine has gone out the window as I walk past the computer to check to see if the glitche has been sorted.
A few emails were sent to remind the forum people there was a problem, still waiting for any news on the on the Grey Nomad Lifestyle site which I was assessing and checking to see if news of the failure was there but no Forum.
I couldn't access the GN website. I kept getting message "This page not available".
Obviously OK now and I can't remember exact dates "Page not available" but it was for several days prior till now.
Cheers,
Roy.
It must have been in certain areas or states, here in SA I have had no problems for the past week
I had heard somewhere else there was a problem, but not here
Ian
I had the same problem. I had the site bookmarked and this was the info that came up. I bypassed bookmarks and went straight to Google and Voila! no problem. Not saying that this will cure everyones problem, depends on your pooter I guess.
(Deleted bookmark then reinstalled, all ok}

Hi all, Thanks for your patience with this. It seems to have been an Optus issue ... after lots of contact with the Optus tech help desk, it seems that they have either fixed the issue or it has fixed itself. I believe I will hear back from them later today when hopefully they will let me know what the problem was and how it was sorted out. The forum hosts thought it could be a name server issue with Optus but nothing has yet been confirmed. Hopefully it is a once off glitch! Once again, thanks for your patience.

Don't know if that's quite right as I did try access via my wife's Telstra service.
We run both accounts to hedge our bets but mostly the Optus for cheaper, faster and reliable service.
