Manly is usually full of people, actually far too full at this time of year. Probably the only disappointment is normally on the beach one just doesn't know where to look!

someone who obviously knows their Gold Nugget Pumpkin from a Choko.

Doing more exercise so I don't turn into a cardio diabetic burden who can't get out of the outhouse.

Went for a brisk walk to a beach I normally swim at, but still a bit to cold so took some photos instead.
